林炳承,博士,中国科学院大连化学物理研究所研究员,大连理工大学教授。

东南大学(时称南京工学院)本科,中国科学院研究生院研究生,中国科学院硕士,博士。

英国皇家化学会会士(2009-), 亚太微分离分析系列学术会议(APCE)学术指导委员会主席;曾为德国洪堡基金(AvH)学者,日本学术振兴会(JSPS) 学者,Electrophoresis 杂志副主编, Lab on a Chip杂志第四届编委,国际微分离分析战略委员会委员。

1986-2016年曾先后受聘为德国 Tubingen大学,比利时布鲁塞尔自由大学访问学者;德国Tubingen大学,美国Truman州立大学,香港大学,意大利科学院,加拿大British Columbia 大学(UBC) 客座教授或访问教授;西安交通大学,东南大学, 大连医科大学客座教授。

1980-1990年代从事毛细管电泳等分离分析研究, 1990年代后期至今致力于微流控芯片及其应用研究。1992年到2007年,先后主持国家自然科学基金11项,其中重点项目3项;已发表学术论文350余篇; 出版《毛细管电泳导论》(科学出版社,1995),《微纳流控芯片实验室》(科学出版社,2013)等中文著作7部,出版《Microfluidics: Technologies and Application》(Springer,2011), 《Lab on Chip: Focus on China》 (RSC 2010) , 《Miniaturization in Asia Paciffic》(Wiley, 2008-2011)等英文著作、年刊和专辑6部(期);持有微流控芯片等领域专利70余项;培养博士、硕士研究生,博士后研究人员约70名,全国优秀博士学位论文指导教师(2001);国务院特殊津贴专家;先后获辽宁省自然科学一等奖(2002),辽宁省科技进步一等奖(2007)和国家科技进步二等奖(2010)。
